Additional adults £5 per person per night

You must be a current member of the Caravan & Motorhome Club and show your membership card to stay at Leacroft Certificated Location.

Upon arrival we require any outstanding site fees to be settled

All visitors to Leacroft agree to abide by our site rules (a full copy is available upon request) 

Pitches normally available 12 noon day of arrival. Please vacate by 11.00 a.m. day of departure.

Dogs are accepted on the understanding that they are kept on a lead at all times, are not left unattended in cars, caravans or awnings and that any droppings are picked up placed in a plastic bag and put in a rubbish bin for disposal.

Any customer whose conduct is considered detrimental to Leacroft or to the enjoyment of any of our other customers will be asked to leave.

The caravan will be towed by a private light car, not a commercial vehicle.  The purpose of your stay at Leacroft is for a bonafide holiday.

The park owner will not accept liability in respect of any person or the property of any person using the park however caused or sustained.  

Here at Leacroft we allocate pitches prior to your arrival.  If you have requested a specific pitch we will do our best to meet your requirement - however we are unable to offer any guarantees.  Should we be unable to offer you a pitch to your satisfaction we will cheerfully refund any fees you have already paid. 

You may cancel your booking at any time, but we shall only be liable to refund you the following percentages of money already paid :-

Cancel more than 28 days before the first day of booking 100% less £20 admin. fee

Cancel less than 28 days before the first day of booking 50% less £20 admin. fee

If you are not happy about the service you receive from us, please tell us and we will try to resolve your concern.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
